Front driver side wheel locked up

 · I have a Z71 4WD Silverado. Front brakes randomly lock up. Starts with a slow rub, I can feel the truck not accelerating like it should, and brake pedal stiffens a little. After a mile of driving 65 mph, miles if I'm going mph Brakes completely lockup, truck won't move at all. O. Hyundai Elantra. The brakes are locking up intermittently in stop and go traffic for the last few months. I removed the front tires. The brake pads were locked solid and the rotor wont rotate at all. I think the driver side was a little jealous and starting to go too. Swapped both front calipers, hoses, and flushed out the original fluid with DOT 4. The old stuff looked like heavyweight oil!
